Top shell for the Polaris 360 and 380 cleaners. The dealer listing says the separate tops 9-100-1141 and 9-100-1140 and base 9-100-7012 are replaced by the top-and-base assembly 9-100-7030 (dealer number 3263-126) at about $168, so a cracked top now means buying the base too.
